Ryan grew up in Hallettsville, Texas. After attending Texas State University in San Marcos from 2001-2005, he decided to make the move from Corporate America to the tropical beaches of Costa Rica. After arriving in late 2005 he hired on with Century 21 Vistas Del Mar Playa Samara. For the last several years his primary goal has been to establish himself within the community and surrounding market, focusing primarily on residential and commercial developments.

Meg McGuire
The newest arrival to the Century 21 Samara team, Meg is straight out of New York state. She combines specialized knowledge from her graduate degrees in architecture and Spanish language and literature to understand the buildings, culture, and values of the properties and people of Sámara and the surrounding areas. Aside from helping buyers find their dream properties and sellers to get the best out of their investments, Meg is also heading up a sister company, Villas del Mar, a new business that will help clients looking for property management and rentals in the area.
